When the money lands
Card and crypto top-ups usually appear on your balance in 2–3 minutes. Bank transfers post once the transaction clears at the bank.
Refunds go back to your account balance. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once the network has confirmed them, so a refund there is credited to your balance or, where feasible, returned to the wallet it came from. Read the Refund Policy
